This morning, the "Unveiling Ceremony of Jiangsu Academician Workstation" was held in the meeting room on the 4th floor of Jiangsu Beiren. A total of four VIPs attended this ceremony, they are:



Lin Shangyang: Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, welding expert, researcher, former deputy chief engineer and director of technical committee of Harbin Welding Research Institute.
And Ms. Li Guijuan, the wife of Academician Lin Shangyang.


Wu Lin: Professor of Harbin Institute of Technology, former party secretary, and well-known welding expert in China.
And Mrs. Wu Lin’s wife, Ms. Zhou Lizhi.



In the "Notice of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology on Issuing the Provincial Academician Workstation Construction Project in 2020", it is clearly stated that in order to further attract high-end talent resources to gather in our province, it has been recommended by the science and technology authorities of various districts and cities and reviewed by the Provincial Science and Technology Department With the announcement, Lin Shangyang, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, was officially approved as a cooperative academician of Jiangsu Beiren.


During the ceremony, Mr. Zhu Zhenyou, the founder of Jiangsu Beiren, delivered a speech on behalf of Jiangsu Beiren, and expressed his warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to Academician Lin and his family, Teacher Wu and his family for their arrival. Later, together with Academician Lin, the plaque of "Academician Workstation of Jiangsu Province" was unveiled.



Next, Mr. Chen Xing from the Technical R&D Department gave a detailed work report on the current laser welding research status of Jiangsu Beiren, the problems encountered and the future R&D direction. Throughout the report, Academician Lin and Teacher Wu listened carefully and gave constructive guidance, and gave strong support to the future research and development of Jiangsu Beiren.






At the end of the unveiling ceremony, Professor Lin Tao, co-founder of Jiangsu Beiren, gave a speech of thanks for the ceremony.
Today's inauguration ceremony is an exchange between top domestic welding experts, and it is an ardent expectation and teachings from seniors to juniors.
